Internal AI Agents
A private AI agent that knows your company
An AI team member with access to your documents, processes and tools. It answers staff questions, drafts the routine work and runs repeat tasks, without your data leaving your control.
In most companies the answers exist, somewhere. In a shared drive, an old email thread, a process document, or one senior colleague’s head. People spend hours looking for them, or they ask the same person again.
We build internal AI agents that sit on top of your own knowledge. Staff ask in plain language and get an answer with a link to the source. The agent can also act: draft an email, prepare a report, fill in a form, update a record.
Because it works with your internal data, we build it private first. You choose where it runs, who can see what, and which actions it may take on its own.
What an internal AI agent does
Answers from your documents
Policies, process guides, contracts, product data, past projects. The agent searches your sources and answers with a reference, so people can check.
Onboards new staff
New hires ask the agent instead of interrupting colleagues. It walks them through your tools, rules and processes at their own pace.
Drafts the routine writing
Emails, summaries, reports, proposals and meeting notes, in your format and tone, ready for a person to review and send.
Runs multi-step tasks
It can look something up in one system, update another and notify the right person. You decide which actions need approval.
Respects permissions
The agent only sees what the person asking is allowed to see. Finance data stays with finance and HR files stay with HR.
Keeps a record
Every question, answer and action is logged, so you can review what the agent did and why.
Where internal agents pay off
Operations and back office
Answer process questions, prepare documents and keep records up to date, so experienced staff stop being the help desk.
Sales and client service
Pull product details, past proposals and client history in seconds, and draft the follow-up while the call is still fresh.
Onboarding and training
Give every new hire a patient guide to how your company works, available from their first day.
Regulated teams
Finance, healthcare and legal teams get an assistant that works on sensitive material without sending it to a public chatbot.
How we build it
- 01
Find the high-value questions
We interview your team to find where time goes: the questions asked every day and the tasks done the same way every week.
- 02
Connect your knowledge
We connect and structure your sources: drives, wikis, email, CRM and databases, with permissions carried over.
- 03
Build and test with your team
A small group uses the agent on real work first. We tune answers, actions and guardrails based on what they find.
- 04
Roll out and support
We roll the agent out to the wider team, train people to use it well, and keep it current as your documents change.
Your data stays yours
Internal agents see your most sensitive information, so privacy decides the architecture. You choose where it runs: EU hosting managed by us, your own cloud account, or servers on your premises.
Your data is never used to train public models. Access follows your existing permissions, every action is logged, and anything the agent does outside of reading can require a person’s approval first.

Internal AI agent questions
What is an internal AI agent?
An internal AI agent is an AI assistant for your own staff. It answers questions from your company’s documents and systems, and can carry out tasks such as drafting emails, preparing reports or updating records, within rules you set.
How is this different from giving staff ChatGPT?
A public chatbot knows nothing about your company, and anything staff paste into it leaves your control. An internal agent answers from your own documents, respects your permissions, logs its actions and runs where you decide.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. We can deploy in your own cloud account or on hardware you own, using open models where that suits the task. We can also host it for you in the EU.
Will it see data people should not see?
No. The agent carries over the permissions from your source systems, so it only answers with information the person asking is allowed to access.
Can the agent take actions on its own?
Only the ones you allow. Reading and answering is usually automatic. Actions that change data or contact people can require a person to approve them first.
