Process automation questions
What is AI process automation?
AI process automation combines classic workflow automation with AI. The fixed steps, such as moving data between systems, run as rules. The steps that need reading or judgement, such as understanding an email or extracting data from a document, are handled by AI.
Which processes should we automate first?
Start with work that is frequent, rule-based and annoying: the same steps, many times a week, across the same systems. We help you rank candidates by time saved and risk before building anything.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. We connect the tools you already use through their APIs, exports or email. Replacing a system is only worth it when it blocks the process entirely.
What happens when an automation fails?
It tells someone. Every workflow has error handling, logging and alerts, so a failed step reaches the right person with the context needed to fix it, rather than failing silently.
Do you use tools like Make, Zapier or n8n?
When they fit, yes. For simple flows they are quick and easy to maintain. For high-volume, sensitive or complex processes we write custom code or self-host the automation platform.
