What does an AI consultant actually do?
An AI consultant looks at how your business works, finds where AI and automation will create real value, and helps you plan and deliver it. That covers process analysis, technology choices, data and compliance questions, and an implementation roadmap.
Do we have to hire you to build what you recommend?
No. The roadmap is yours. You can build it with us, with your own team or with another vendor. We are happy to help you brief and manage whoever does the work.
How long does an AI assessment take?
It depends on the size of the business and how many processes are in scope. A focused assessment of a few processes takes a few weeks from kick-off to roadmap.
Does the EU AI Act affect our plans?
Probably, at least in part. Most business uses fall into lower risk categories with transparency duties, such as telling people when they talk to an AI. Some uses, for example in hiring or credit decisions, carry heavier obligations. We map your plans against the rules as part of the work.
